Shipping Policy:
Most orders will NORMALLY ship from us within 2-4 business days, depending on the stock and supply. But as we are a small company, vacation or other work may case delays up to 10 days.
When you checkout you will be presented with your choice of shipping options. You may select various levels of shipping from both UPS (United Parcel Service) or regular registered airmail.
The shipping time of your order will depend on the shipping method. UPS shipping normally takes about 2-3 days worldwide and registered airmail takes around 2-3 days within Europe and 3-5 days to the rest of the world.
You can follow your order status from the "My Account" pages.
Note that registered airmail packages can currently not be tracked online outside Sweden. If your package has not shown up in 2 weeks, please let us know so we can ask the postal service to investigate this.

Note that orders totalling less than 200 SEK, will have a Low Order Fee of 50 SEK added.
Return Policy:
We are dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. But due to the highly techinal nature of the products and requirements on the customer experience, please note the following:
We will NOT accept any return of single chips or kits where the SMD protection bag has been opened.
If you receive a damaged product you must contact us within 20 calendar days of receipt of the damaged item to arange for replacment.
If you receive a defective item, we will replace the item free of charge. You must notify us within 20 calendar days of receipt.
You are responsible for all shipping costs incured when returning items to us that are NOT damaged.
